The Kasco de-icer provides superior thrust for movement of the water. The Kasco de-icers push the warm deep water from the bottom to the surface, causing ice formation is prevented or precisely to create an ice-free area around your boat, dock, pier or other property. This ice-free zone will successfully prevent damage caused by ice and can also help protect fish and aquatic species by the simultaneous addition of oxygen in the water during the winter.

The de-icers are available in ½, ¾ and 1HP and in 220V, 50Hz versions to suit various installations and applications. Each de-icer contains two 7.5m suspension ropes for cable suspension system. Optional assembly includes the Universal Dock Mount, Industrial Dock Mount, and horizontal tracker.
