Control Units

Whenever you are dealing with electricity and water, safety is always the first and foremost concern. That is why Kasco Aerating Fountains, Pond Aerators, Water Circulators, and De-Icers are ETL approved to UL and CSA standards for safety in water. Within that listing are Kasco's Control Units which are standard with all Aerating Fountains and optional with all units. Kasco offers 120V and 240V Control Units. The Control Units include GFI protection rated to protect you and your equipment from harm, a photo cell for use with the optional lighting packages, and a timer dial for programming operation.

The C-25, 120V Control Box is included with all 120V Aerating Fountain models and is available as an option with all 120V Pond Aerators and Water Circulators. To learn more about the C-25, click here.

Kasco also offers a Time/Temperature Control Box, model C-20 for operation of De-Icers and Water Circulators in winter applications. It is available as an option with 120V De-Icers and Water Circulators. To learn more about the C-20, click here.

 

 

Any electrical equipment should be plugged into a GFI protected outlet or circuit for safety, especially in water. It is never a good idea to be in the water with electrical equipment in operation or even plugged in. Also, make sure to test the GFI breaker in the circuit once a month to ensure proper operation.
